Inventory Eases (Very) Slightly In October

The NWMLS has posted October statistics. Although residential (excludes condo) inventory did indeed follow its usual October downward course, the decrease of less than 1% of listings was the smallest since at least 2000 (I don’t have reliable inventory statistics further back).
